Credits and passes are digital goods delivered to your account. Because they are instantly provisioned for platform use, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Payment Failure Handling

If a transaction is marked failed and no credits/pass are granted, we will verify records and process correction of the failed payment state. This does not change the no-refund rule for successful purchases.
